Dr. Jordi Remon is a thoracic medical oncologist at HM CIOCC Barcelona (Centro Integral Oncológico Clara Campal) in Spain, having returned in 2025 from Gustave Roussy in Villejuif, France, where he was a consultant in thoracic oncology. His work centres on non-small-cell lung cancer, with a focus on immunotherapy and targeted therapy for EGFR-mutant disease, as well as mesothelioma and thymic malignancies; he has contributed to EORTC trials including the APPLE study of osimertinib in EGFR-mutant NSCLC. He chairs the EORTC Lung Cancer Group and is a frequent speaker and discussant at major international congresses such as the World Conference on Lung Cancer.
